How lack of sleep cause eye problems?
We do not get enough sleep can lead to having itchy, dry, or bloodshot eyes. The eyes may create fewer tears after a night of inadequate sleep. This can leads to eye infections. You may happen eye twitches or spasms when you have lack sleep. When you don't get enough sleep it leads to Puffiness, Redness, bags, and dark circles – all are significand’s that you're not getting enough sleep. The lack of sleep tends to get more, lines, wrinkles, swelling, and droopiness.
Long-time lack of sleep

loss. According to studies have shown not getting enough sleep can lead to
serious eye-health problems. To avoid difficulties associated with insufficient
rest, make sure that you give first priority to sleep.
Eye requires at least
five hours of sleep per night to properly recharge without enough time to
revive themselves, your eyes cannot work at their full possible a common side
effect that occurs with lack of sleep is eye spasms. Have you ever had one of

Those eye twitches
occur when you have a reflex spasm in your eyelid. These involuntary spasms are
known as myokymia.
While eye spasms are not painful and accurately do not damage your vision, they
can be very irritating and disruptive. Lack of sleep is one of the main causes
of eye spasms. They are not a big problem and are easily be corrected by making
sure you get enough quality rest each night.
At least 5 hours of sleep are required for your eyes to renew themselves. While in sleep, the body cycles through several levels of sleep. These are called “Rapid Eye Movement,” or REM. During this time the eyes can walk up to 1000 degrees per second.
